Brownell Replacement?

I’ll get blasted for this because he has no experience at the college level..and well it didn’t work out for us with the inexperience of Dabo as a head coach and Chad Morris at the college level but——-. but what about replacing Brownell with Dorman head basketball coach Thomas Ryan. He has 3 back to back State Championships! He is a passionate, family-orientated coach! His players love him, his fans love him! He looks better in orange than baby blue! He has had great talent at the high school level and has not wasted it at all. He once said Adam Humphries was the greatest athlete he had ever coached and look how that statement has aged! Just an idea- Give him a year to year contract until he proves himself worth a real contract. He would probably take half the salary or less of Brownell in order to build his staff as Dabo did. But, maybe.... Maybe he isn’t a great recruiter and he ends up having to beg and take transfers to get some talent. Maybe he isn’t a great game day coach, but great with the x’s and o’s. Maybe he isn’t great at developing a winning culture. Maybe we don’t go to the Tourny but once every 9 years... or twice... but seriously- What have we lost???
