Let's pretend the first time they did not see him coming but

Apr 15, 2017, 9:07 AM

The second time, the best defense under Saban knew what is he capable of and still got lit up like the Baltimore house in Asheville on Christmas Eve . Name another QB that did that to bama in recent history. I would even argue that Watson did not lose the first game but our special teams gifted them the game ..

To me and if you are a gm at an NFL, your are playing with your own future if you don't take Watson as the number 1 Player .

Enough said ...give Watson his well deserved
Money

"Clemson Is Coming" says Stephone Anthony (Class 2011)"
"Why NOT Clemson"
"Why Not Dabo"

Agreed. I honestly believe he could win with the Browns. They have like 12 draft picks over the next 2 years that if they chose wisely they could build a nice nucleus of young players to get them back on the map

They need to grab a savvy general manager and get someone that knows talent. Manzeil, Griffin ain't it. Ozzie Newsome would be a good hire.

There is no way Mitch excuse me Mitchell Trubisky could do that. Bama would have destroyed him

Hung forty and lost twice can't put that all on qb though ints

Apr 15, 2017, 9:12 AM

Against Pitt hurt. Ints are his only hole in his resume unless there is some other reason to slight him. He just wins.

As Jon Gruden said the other night, the interceptions weren't always his fault. I lot of WR-tipped passes ended up in DB hands. NFL managers are smart enough to figure that out.

Let's be honest...

even before that game EVERY college head coach in America, including Saban, Meyer, Stoops, and Harbaugh, would have considered their worst nightmare to be Watson and the Clemson offense with two minutes and sixty-five yards to go for a winning touchdown. He was arguably the best ever in college football in the two minute drill.

"Baltimore house in Asheville"....

Don't you mean the Biltmore house?
