On his own radio show he said he has never retained nor ever been invoiced by Cohen, but assumed their conversations fell under client attorney priveledge????

he said he ask him some legal stuff and was not billed.he says he asked if it was confidential still/
was told it was.and he never had any involvement with cohen that included any 3rd party

Hate Trump/Hannity all you want but the topics are different.
Hannity can be against Trump's lawyer's office being raided. It's ad hominem to say "Hannity did X so he can't believe Y". Maybe that's not what you're going for, but that's the approach the left is using to attack Hannity.
Plenty of people think this whole thing is a witch hunt. Up to this point, that doesn't seem like a far-fetched notion.
