We were the best team. There should be zero doubt about that by anyone with a brain who watched the game. They did get good breaks, but still we came very close to winning anyway. The KO return was the killing blow, and that would work about 1 time in 100, maybe.

It's a reflection of the program. It just confirms to the college football world that Clemson is a good program that is heading to the right direction. From what I read elsewhere, with the exception of Alabama, some SEC fans and Ohio State, all thought Clemson played better. (Ohio State fans claimed they're the best in the nation this year and would beat both teams.)
This should also provide more confidence to recruits to come to Clemson.
