was a big time player that was overshadowed a bit by Ross and Higgins. But Rodgers had a great national championship game performance. I hope he has a great recovery and gets back soon. I'm not sure who can take up the slack, Kendrick maybe Kendrick?

Of course we'll miss AR's presence on the field somewhat, but Ladson and Ngata should have it handled pretty nicely. AR can still be a leader on the sidelines (and I'd say it's at least remotely possible that he sees the field by the end of the season).
