So the FBI, the CIA, the person he was running against, and the current president of the United States were all out to get him.

It says the US intelligence community can't confirm allegations by Russian intelligence that Hillary approved of a plan to link Trump to Russia's hack of the DNC.
To be clear, the US can't confirm allegations about Hillary Clinton by Russian intelligence. What is it we're supposed to be mad about?

You are correct, bullet point one states they cannot confirm or deny the veracity of such claims.
However, bullets 2 and 3 seems to bring into question as to whether or not it was feasible enough to brief the POTUS and intelligence agencies.

The allegation is she approved of a plan to say Trump was linked to the Russia hack. Is there a reason she couldn’t say that? She could say Trump’s an extraterrestrial. I don’t understand the national security and criminal justice concerns about what her campaign was gonna say.

I think what "conservatives" are wanting to believe is Hillary was crooked (which I believe) and that the government was involved in either supporting it or covering it up (which I don't know).
I don't pay that much attention to conspiracy theories. Somebody will have to connect the dots for me.
