not only survived (along with his phone/camera) and was able to upload the video, that might lend some credence to it being a non-military munition. But man, that shockwave was crazy.

in the US arsenal. That was several times larger than if we dropped the MOAB. Maybe a cargo ship full of them blew up. I'd be checking for radiation.
