UNC and Look own 1/3 of the national championships this century... and have been to 9 Final Fours since 2001
Roy W and K both have better winning percentages in the NCAA tourney than in the ACC
so exactly how is it the lack of 'ACC refs' is supposed to hurt these two teams?
