Time for Chad to earn his paycheck.

Average OC's getting paid much less than Chad can win with players like Tahj and Watson, but really good ones can find ways to win with lesser talents like Stoudt. Often times it takes adjusting their offenses to fit the talent they have available to them.

Now that Watson is out 5 weeks it's time for Chad to prove his worth and win with what he's got. All the games on our schedule over the next 5 weeks are winnable games---even with Stoudt. Lose more than one and "Why are we paying this guy so much" will be a very valid question.

My thoughts exactly. Smash mouth running needs to become a reality overnight. No more fancy down field route patterns. Well at least no more 4 verticals. Going to have to light a fire in some butts about run blocking because it could cost him his job.

Pleas tell me who said he'd be out 5 weeks? No way a finger injury keeps him out that long- 3 to maybe 4 tops..
