Looks like you may have a one week hiatus from Gameday

Tennessee lost yesterday which basically eliminates from contention the only real contending game for Gameday next weekend (Tennessee vs Georgia). Basically as long as we can beat ODU and you guys can beat Boston College (I would be surprise if either game is close), I can't imagine where else Gameday would be.
I originally thought USC vs Washington State would be a candidate too... but that's a Friday game.

As there really aren't any other good games that weekend and they just broadcasted a Clemson game. Then again, they do love to come to Blacksburg, and it has been a couple years since they have come. And the rumor is that ESPN has booked a bunch of rooms in Blacksburg.
I'd put the odds of us getting Gameday at around 95%.

I wouldn't be surprised either way, but gameday usually books rooms at the beginning of the season for potential game sites including multiple sites on the same weekend.

Don't mind that trash talk. VT is turning into a top program again. Maybe not quite there yet but I feel like they will be. I think you're right that Clemson will pull away late. I like that you come to our board with a healthy respect for us too. Looking forward to the game.
