Clemson for him leaving to go to our hated rival or South Carolina for him realizing that being a truck driver was more appealing than being a Gamecock athlete?

Dittios ..... I am certainly not going to make fun of a young man who may not look at college sports or education like I do. I wish, for his sake, he would stay in school (football or not), but I can't put myself in his place and what is going through his mind. I just hope he finds peace and is successful at whatever he chooses to do.

Neither should feel dejected.Dabo saw he wasn’t Clemson material so he cut him loose.Uofsc thought they had a coup on Clemson and it wasn’t.He apparently is a problem child who was pampered in high school and when it got tough he bailed out

Neither school got want they expected. If Belk injured his back during S&C then someone needs to call into question that segment of GC football. Their fan base has already pointed out previous similar injuries.

Wish Belk well and let him go on with life. Something from my two decades of college teaching hints that he likely was doing poorly academically and that may be the real reason behind his departure. I also believe he felt “entitled” which is prevalent in his generation and as I explain to my students - life and respect are earned circumstances, not just given! Dabo makes that quite clear and Belk found out the hard way.
