i personally wouldn't do it. most of the gun sites are blocked on mine, but PSA isn't which is odd.

Buy local if you can, but Cabelas, sportsmen’s Wearhouse etc too
Friend of mine runs a shop from his house which is who I would use. More of an order taker than go to a store and browse kind of thing though.

They've always been pleasant, sold a good product at rock bottom prices, and are as local as possible without making them yourself.
On the contrary, every time I step foot in Shooters Choice, I feel like those D-bags are taking down to me because I haven't put 100000 rounds down range or whatever. Most of those guys are former state troopers and LEO who probably lost their jobs for excessive use of force. Really cool dudes (not).
Sportsman warehouse would be another good choice. Maybe Academy as well...
The only strange thing about PSA is that their website is usually a billion times cheaper than the store and they don't price match betwixt the two.
Experience:
I've had a trigger job at Shooters Choice and bought misc. stuff.
I have bought 2 AR15s at PSA, along with 1000's of rounds, parts, fishing rods, you name it.
Sportsman Warehouse - I've bought maybe 3 or 4 guns from them and tons of stuff.
Academy - Never bought a gun from them, but I shop there from time to time.

What’s the issue with PSA? Always had good luck with them and the quality seems to be there for the price.
