What Dabo should have done with Belk.

The proper response should have been;

“We are releasing Josh Belk from his scholarship at Clemson due to a family medical condition. In his short time at Clemson Josh learned the importance of family so we are wishing him and his family the best and praying for good health. He will be allowed to transfer to any school of his choice except South Carolina. If Josh would like to transfer to South Carolina he will need to sit out a year. Sitting out a year may be helpful to Josh as it will allow him more time to spend with his family and the medical issue facing them since we know that is important to him and the reason for his transfer.”

1) Please, for the love of all things orange, stop second guessing our national championship coach.

2) Dabo doesn’t get to decide if he has to sit out or not, that’s an NCAA decision.
