How can they just determine if a game is gonna be blacked out or not on national TV?
Due to some family circumstances, I can't make the trip. Was really hoping to watch on TV.

The Blackout simply means that UL fans are preparing for the "funeral procession" as they exit the stadium at halftime trailing by 35.
