Monte has to do something to keep Sharpe in the lineup after he’s done pitching...His bat is pivotal...This team can’t hit lol. Good grief.

We haven’t had a team that can hit as long as Monte has been here.

Of our 5 wins, 3 of them have been by 2 runs or less...against Liberty and Stony Brook. If this team doesn’t start hitting, conference ball is going to eat us alive.

We haven’t manufactured much all season so far. 17 runs in 53 innings isn’t very good. Sharpe would help but looks like we need a lot more than 1 guy

Sharpe is essentially our only power threat aside from Hackenberg and maybe Hall...the rest of the lineup is full of contact hitters.

If some of our contact hitters would focus on making contact that might help. Some of them swing for the fences every swing.

Never seen a line up with that many 000 Avgs and under a 100 after 6 games.
I don’t think the hitting can get worse so it’s got to get better.
