Most of the schools on this list are teams that are underachieving this year or are mired in mediocrity. The fans for the schools don't have much to get excited about other than the entrance. It's been downhill from then on for the likes of VT, SC, Miami, Georgia Tech, Colorado, Nebraska, etc.
It looks like our fans are the only ones in the top 10 that have much to be excited about this year.
