What else would you expect from a place that doesn't punish destruction of public property?
An ex-co-worker, friend of mine got a great, pie job there and he tried to get me to come with him. I said, if it was any other city but there, maybe. But I just couldn't stomach looking at that Cry-Baby Blue all day, everyday!!

The word has been around since at least 2007 and originally meant students who are in their second year of school but haven't earned enough credits to take sophomore classes yet. Seems appropriate for the Heels.
