Just Got Back from South Bend

I had an amazing time. We bumped into Brian Kelly at Mitch's on IronWood Drive after the game. He and most of the Oline went out celebrating after the game and saw our Clemson gear so they bought us a round. I eventually ended up sitting over at their table and turns out that Coach Kelly and I have the same birthday and green is our favorite color. He invited me over to his house for more drinks and a few more players showed up at his house to party. Most of them talked about how soft Clemson was up front and said Pitt had a better Oline. They also said our linebackers can not tackle and they thought that was odd being that one of them was Venable's son, who they jokingly referred to as "Whiff"
Anyway, I spent Sunday and Monday night hanging out at practice with the coaches and players, but my Boss eventually told me I had to come back to work. Brian flew me down to Palm Beach on the University's private plane. Honestly, that was probably the best game day experience I can remember, even though we lost. The guys at Notre Dame know how to party, and they were very gracious hosts.

No, I wasn't there... I was in DC staying the weekend with Donny. We figured since he'll only be staying there for a couple more months, I might as well enjoy the hospitality and get in a couple of rounds of golf. He flew me home on Air Force One. Overall it was a great weekend.
