No lie, I've done it at least twice. Both times busy talking and didn't pay attention
to the sign over the door. Once I walked right back out as soon as I realized it
was the women's restroom, the other there was no visible indication it was not the
men's(except no urinal) and I went in the first stall and did my business.
The woman I passed on the way out the door had a confused look on her face 
And both times my wife/friends simply waited outside and had a nice laugh at my expense,
but neither time did I care.

I accidentally went into a wimenz locker room. Took a shat in a stall right out side the lockers. I came out and a 60+ year old lady was in bra and panties changing. She had huge ####. I ran.

Jekyll and Hydes. To get to the bathrooms you walk into this room that's just all bookcases. No door handles, no signs. You have to find the secret entrance to get into the restroom. I finally got one of the doors open and it was the womens room. But it was empty and I had already had 6 beers so I just went with it.

Wal-Mart has two versions of Super Center stores that are mirror images of one another. The one near my house is backwards from the one I was visiting in the low country, so I just went to the right side, which in this case was the women's. Hot chick inside washing hands looks up at me and smiles shy-ly and says, "I must have gone in the wrong one". She comes right back in the door with a confident grin, I'm thinking BLUMPKIN!, and she says, "Actually, you are in the wrong one."
Wounded pride. Still farted through a turd on the way out the door. Wiped the smile right off her face.
