“Saban, The Making of a Coach” by Monte Burke. I am about 3/4 through it and he is getting ready to go to the Miami Dolphins. The book points out his few pluses but does not hesitate to point out many of his faults. The one constant theme I have picked up is he is a real difficult, and demanding coach to work for. My guess is any coach that works for him, and gets a better or equal offer elsewhere, is gone.
