He has plenty of interest, and some pretty stout offers! I think this kid would be a steal wherever he decides to go. Per Rivals, he does not have a Clemson offer, but my Gaffney contact says that everyone is on him! Will be interesting to see what happens!

Yes, he is a strongside DE. Heard he is a great student also, so no schools have to worry about the Clearinghouse.

From my understanding he is a step behind the DEs that Clemson has offered for this class and the next. He is a very good player but not quite at the level of the guys we have considering or committed. If he waits long enough, he may be added to the list if we lose any more D linemen though.

Jaylen is good but imo Shaq Davidson is going to be the steal. I've also heard(from one of the guys that delivered some of my furniture from forest city who claims to be a relative) he's related to carlos watkins, so could potentially be a good pickup for us next year. Great athlete.

I saw him on a televised game and he was an absolute beast! I wondered at the time why I had not heard of him and why we weren't on him. Thought it was maybe academics or something. Anyone have insight on this "yunkster"?
