What states have we never landed a FB recruit from?

Nevada, New Mexico, Vermont, Maine, Colorado, Oklahoma, alaska, South Dakota, Washington, Rhode island, Utah, Idaho, Wisconsin, Oregon, west Virginia, Montana.
Seems Northeast and northwest are the only regions we seem to have a hard time with.
I'm sure the talent pool isn't that great in most of Northeast but we've done better lately with CW from Mass and taisun from new Hampshire.
Puzzling to me is west Virginia. Didn't Randy Moss visit Clemson?
There's only one state we can knock off that list with next year's class, to my knowledge. The DT from Colorado that I feel like we lead for.
Heard an interview of BV talking about how his favorite trip of the summer was to Colorado. Good omen?

I’m not positive, but I think we signed a lb from there the same year we got Trapp.

I think I recall that we signed a qb from W. Virginia when Ford was coaching. I believe he went by his initials, JD or something like that.

The school. Not sure of his home state. He was their third string qb. He played DE at Clemson during the Hootie error
