The fact that we did not even recruit Montgomery who wanted to go to Clemson is sickening.....we have been getting smoked on the recruitng trail for years and it simply is showing up big time now.....

Correct. It has been past time for Leggett to retire. He has allowed Clemson to become mediocre and has proven he can not recruit well nor can he win big games. He should have been let go after going 0-4 in CWS against the ##### when it counted most. There simply is no excuse in his poor recruiting and on the field results. This is not a program that is satisfied with a CWS appearance once a decade and losing to a program who we have dominated for history. Time to make a change and if the new AD has any, it will be done.

Fluke he ever pitched that game against us that started him on the career he had. Freeman was better than wingo but we should have taken him. Montgomery I can't explain.

I think Jack is a good knowledgeable baseball coach. My biggest problem with Clemson's recruiting is Bradley carries a radar gun with him. If they hit 90, they go after them If not, they pass. I would much rather have a pitcher with an 87 mph fastball that knows how to pitch than a 90 mph thrower that is doesn't have good location, movement etc. Jack and Bradley better learn this quickly or they will be unemployed. Bradley is a good recruiter as far as establishing a good rapport with the guys he is recruiting. As far as identifying talent, well, he has a radar gun.
