Companies don't do that much anymore.

I worked at one place that they brought in like 3 pallets of frozen turkeys...everyone was given a coupon in their paycheck stub to go get one from the warehouse.
I worked at another place actually gave us a gift around Christmas. They had a catalog of stuff that we could pick from. They also gave us $50 coupons from Harris Teeter to go buy food for T-giving. My wife and I did that exactly once, then the next year I just gave mine to a local charity. Eventually, the company quit doing it. When I was really young, my dad's company would throw a big Christmas party for all the employees kids at the Gaillard Auditorium(the old one, obviously). I was in about the 2nd grade and remember they had a magician at one of the Christmas shows. After the show, all the kids got to pick a present from under the huge tree they had in the lobby. I hadn't thought or even remembered that in decades--that was kind of a cool thing they used to do.
I'd guess no company will ever do anything like that again.

did you earn that turkey? Is that your "bonus"
If not you need to leave for more capitalist adventures.
I know a girl selling Avon. You'd fit right in.

On his first job:
My first job was on the turkey farm. I don’t know if I can tell you what my job was, but I was on the insemination crew. That was a good job. We got paid by the hour.
On the possibility that any of the SEC writers present might be extraterrestrials:
I don’t think any of you are from outer space.
In response to a question on whether his duties at the turkey farm had hindered his ability to enjoy Thanksgiving:
(OPENS JACKET, FLASHES GIRTH FOR CAMERAS)
On the various intelligences of types of turkey:
"A wild turkey's one of the smartest animals in the world, and a domestic turkey is one of the world's dumbest animals, I tell you what. We had to put sprinklers out there to keep them from smothering in the summertime."
On turkey insemination:
"It's an interesting process. I'd be happy to show you sometime."
