and some are selling (LOL, trying to sell) 8-10 tix.
At $500-$700 apiece, probably a $million in tickets all summed. There's some folks gonna take a B-A-T-H on this one.

Long ago (2002), I went to the Miami vs Nebraska Rose Bowl BCS Championship game and got in for free. Note taken. Just too tough a trip for normal people to make a week after the holidays.

For the Tampa game in 2017, I played the odds and bought a reasonable ticket in advance, figuring that would be the tough item.
This time, I gambled on the plane ticket ahead of time. The $350 flight I got last week is now at $1100+. I'm all smiles tonight.

If you can’t get that through the brain, then you are an idiot. Whatever the fees, always worth the price to have a ticket and know you have a ticket and more than likely a better ticket than anyone that has been giving to IPTAY since the beginning of time. It’s simple economics. Stop being a poor and just buy the dammmmm ticket.

'bout time I get one to turn my way.

I usually end up giving my home spares away to some dad and his kid on the way in the gates. Not worth walking around for 30 minutes with them in the air and getting offers for $10 for $150 worth of tickets.

So I'm going into this one guilt-free.

Game on West Coast = cheap game ticket because of the difficulty and cost of airfare, especially with Bama and Clemson sharing the ATL airpot

Game in Tampa - Very expensive ticket because no airfare cost, people willing to pay up for the ticket since a tank of gas is all that it costs to get 4 people there.

It was obvious from the outset that the secondary market for this game was going to crater, we even discussed this on the Jounge
