It's not about learning to "finish" its about learning to COACH....it appeared our RB was in the end zone before the disastrous snap. Why are we so quick to run another play and not throw the red flag at that point.....

4th and 1 in OT ---where is Mr Excitement (supposed -our OC) with a call/play action to catch FSU off guard. I could have predicted same ole Clemson run off tackle.

This is why out teams our called --- Clemsoning --- it's not finishing it the freakin' dopes running the sidelines!

Plain and simple, we need to get better on the oline. They weren't bad and in many cases they played well as a unit. They just aren't dominate. If we are going to chose to run the read option and other isolation run plays from the shotgun then we need a stronger push.

I'd love to see more of the power runs from Watson in short yardage, just like we saw from Boyd all the time throughout his career. It was always either that or the quick toss from under center. Oh wait, our quarterbacks CAN go under center...?

You couldn't be more correct about the horrible job of coaching and play calling in this game (and Georgia for that matter). How do you run that slow developing running play on fourth down with the game on the line? Against that defense? You don't put the ball in Watson's hands with the game on the line? A qb sneak from under center would be better, a play action pass would be better, a rollout with a pass/run option for Watson would be better. And even before it came to that we lost this game on play calling. Why not make them review the run where the tailback got in? Why run up the middle on 3rd and goal from the 24? Are you content to settle for a 40 yd field goal from a guy that struggles from 25 yds? Honestly? Everybody in that stadium knew we couldn't make that field goal! How do you not either throw it to the end zone or underneath for a more makeable fg on third down? There was another time in the fourth where we ran up the middle on first and second to set up a third and long we couldn't make to go three and out! What's with this conservative play calling? Why are we so scared to throw deep? The one time we did it worked! Mike Williams made that great catch at the one. I don't think we threw it deep one time on Georgia! Where are your nuts at Morris!! We threw deep all the time last year and now we are scared?! Watson's arm looked fine, throw it! You think Spurrier, Saban, Malzahn, are scared to take a chance on a play call?? No way! We'll never beat FSU or USC again if we don't get our head out of our @#& and call aggressive plays!!!
