Nuke's 2-pt conversion to Boyd doesn't count as a completed

pass? The Yahoo box score for the game doesn't show a completed pass by Nuke or a reception by Boyd. That seems odd.

No because it was a 2-pt conversion they don't count whatever those stats are.

defensive player had intercepted it and run it back for two points, he wouldn't get credit for an interception? The kicker gets credit for a made extra point if he kicks it.

It's the way it's always been.
A 2 pt conversion is just PAT. Yeah, the kicker gets credit for a made extra point. But the team also gets credit for a made 2 pt conversion.

That's the rule. Same reason if you return a INT for a score on a 2 pt conversion it only counts as 2 instead of 6. It's not "play" per se. It's an extra point.
