bounds? The ACC needs to investigate this clock operator.

There was probably 6 minutes of game time that should have remained.

It only stops with under 2 minutes left in each half.

Until 2 minutes left in the half it only stops long enough for them to spot the ball.

It stops until the ball is set, except for the final 2 minut

They also need to investigate why the ACC refs still have a job after a missed but very blatant kick catch interference
