I know COVID-19 is likely to affect football attendance

but what about basketball? My concern is that if we aren't allowed to pack Littlejohn to full capacity this coming winter it could affect the way our team performs. All indications suggest the virus will have a 2nd wave late this fall that could extend into 2021. That means social distancing could prevent us from selling out every home basketball game. If that happens I hope the tournament selection committee will take that into account when evaluating our tournament resume next March.

World Championship of the World and then were well positioned to win the ACC Tournament before the conoravirus shut it down. I just hate to see all of this momentum get destroyed due to circumstances beyond our coaches' control.
At least we can be confident in saying the only things that can stop Brad Brownell is a pandemic and a wrinkle in Wake's matchup zone defense.

I am pretty sure the Virus is only allowed into little John if you let it in willingly.

attendance much, if any. We can easily get our typical few thousand fans in for the early season games while still distancing.
Plus, the pandemic gives our fans a legitimate excuse not to go, as opposed to the typical “we aren’t competitive enough” and “we aren’t exciting enough” lame excuses not to support the team.
