For evidence that a change in leadership CAN make a difference. Not saying we should fire anyone but sometimes new blood and energy can make a huge difference in a team’s fortunes. Just a thought...

Not implying it would be easy or that it should happen. It was an observation that change, no matter how difficult, isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Didnt mean to attack CBB however, he is not above being under scrutiny.

Cristy McKinney knew she was over her head and quit after 5 years.
Itoro Umoh wasn't qualified.
Audra Smith was a lazy, indifferent hire. She won't make it at SC State.

Those hires are more reflective of the AD.
