This kid has gotten 8 crystal balls on 247 to South Carolina in the past day. I'm sure he's ours if we want him but the question is what do our coaches think about him? I'd love to see a tall rangy ball hawk safety back there with the smaller lock down corners we'll have like mark fields and mcmichael

Yeah, before he committed to FSU I don't think we had him high on our radar.

Also, McMichael is listed at 6'1" so what do you consider to be a "bigger" corner?

Thought he was in the 5'10"-6' range for some reason. Either way I like having a tall safety roaming around back there

We have recruited him but obviously either the coaches didn't like what they saw or they think we have better out there ( most likely guys Tyreke Johnson, etc. ). Not really worried about the guy, I trust our coaches.

"Ours if we want him" is inaccurate. He grew up a USC fan and from the Charleston area and wanted to go there but when they got the commitment from the Cane Bay QB it filled their scholarships with DBs and they couldn't take him on anymore and then about a day before he committed USC retried and he ended committing at FSU. Not "ours if we want him" i'd say he's a pretty sure bet for USC.
