Ok, I admit that I gave him a free click and took a peak at his summary on signing day this morning.
He stated the obvious things like who got what guys to sign on the last day (NSD). Then, he proceeds to say that the Tigers ended with a highest national ranking of #5 which I believe is accurate.
THEN, he states that the coots ended with a national composite ranking in the "mid 20s". Huh? The highest that I've seen is around number 29 for them. More Korncoot spin?

Their ranking takes into account all of the Junior College players. Some will not get in.

If they did they did it by over-signing.
It looks like they signed 26 total (some count toward last years class) and they are currently 4 scholarships over the 85 limit.
So as typical for the Coots, they will either have to run some players off, or at least 4 of the new guys won't make it in.
Sooner or later the recruiting ranking should only acknowledge a average star/point rating system. That way you're comparing apples to apples. It is not right to increase a teams ranking because a class brings in a higher total number of recruits (i.e., the current system says 2 three stars is better than 1 five star).

Huh, because they are our hated in-state rivals and we will hear from that clueless fan-base how "Boom" killed on NSD and this is an indicator that they will sign a top ten class next year. Furthermore, we have them under our heel right now and are prepared to stomp-down HARD! Lastly, any perceived and overblown momentum on their part needs to be corrected and promptly eradicated.
