Isaiah Simmons a "Freak"

I'm hearing Isaiah Simmons has freakish athleticism. This is not news to me. What we've known for over 5 months now:

38" vertical
State Long jump champion in high school last 2 years (over 23 feet)
Second in State in 200m (~22 flat)
4.15 shuttle
6'4" (or 6'3") 215

...there is NO DOUBT...nor has there ever been...that this kid is extremely athletic. Very excited to have him I think he's a diamond in the rough. Although again...nothing new here.

Was he committed to Louisville? I thought it was Kansas St for some reason

Last couple times we played Louisville, athletic freak Jayron Kearse caused them some trouble. Hopefully, Simmons turns out a little better.

Diamond in the rough, he was 4 stars coming out of hs. I think we need to come back to reality. I remember when we were happy to get a high 3 star player. Simmons is a stud and if he can learn his responsibility in BV scheme he will be hard to keep off of the field.Big, fast, he could be a monster helping out in the run game with the speed to defend the run. Great pickup.
