Is this worst bowl season in history?

99% of games so far have been blowouts.

Our game was the most interesting so far and we still win by 20 points.

equals lousy & boring games to watch. The worse bowls I've seen in years...course the
Orange Bowl was the best!

Teams with less than eight wins should not be in a bowl game. I guess that means it is time to cut out some of the lesser bowls as well.

just go back to last year for a moment........

SEC lost about 7 or 8 of its bowl games. Problem? Yeah! ESPN had ZERO CONTENT to show all off-season long on their prized (and expen$ive) SEC Network, with all those sorry SEC loser games. They had to replay the Poulan Independence Bowl with the Chickens beating Miami about 25 times, since they couldn't show the Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl, etc.

So THIS year ESPN (you think they have no say on bowl matchups? Yeah, right) comes up with some sweet pairings for SEC teams (favored in 8 games - some by double digits), and having them avoid matchups with hot teams like Oregon, Ohio State, Houston. Nah, lets put them up against Memphis, Kansas State, and Penn State.

Result - Plenty of SEC Network bowl replays ALL SUMMER LONG.
