Is there any reason why we haven't gone after Tindall?

Channing Tindall, from Columbia, SC, has been lighting up the camps and the Opening. There is a good chance that he is the best OLB in the country. I've not heard much about if or why Clemson hasn't been interested. I know we have 2 4* LBs, but some attrition in the LB group is probable and this guy is right down the road. Does anybody have some insight on this?

We already have too many LBs on ship and needs at other positions

I read somewhere we offered a grey shirt opportunity because we had already filled out lb slots for this year

We are living so high on the hog from a talent acquisition standpoint that its crazy.

Seems like only yesterday when we automatically offered every SC Shrine Bowl player!!!!

Our LB core is deep and highly talented and we don't have many scholarships to give due to Clemson players staying typically longer to finish their degree we can't pump out 20-25 scholarships like other power house programs. Therefore we have to pick and choose wisely who we offer because we can only get a few.

Pappoe is 2019, Tindall is 2018. They aren't in the same class

But yes, Pappoe is possibly the best LB prospect in his class and the 3-4 classes before him.

We are full at LB for this cycle. Focus is OL/DE/CB.
