Haha this is hilarious... it’s clearly meant as a joke and possibly a dig at the current Juul vaping trend, which has become insanely popular w the younger/college crowd... and they’re addictive AF. If you look closely at it, I’m sure it’s a Juul. Their popularity w the younger crowd is kind of a problem these days.
