May have to make a special weekend trip to g'vegas just so I can go eat at these places again. Also, there was a little indian grocery store next to a jack shack in a strip mall at the intersection of Laurens and Pleasantburg. Best samosas I have ever had.

For a big occasion such as anniversary, I would suggest

a restaurant. I don't think your wife would appreciate the food court at the mall or the vending area at the DMV near as much as a restaurant. You could stay home, but only if your house is equipped with a kitchen and dining room, and that's not nearly as romantic as a restaurant.

Davinci's - over near Fresh Market - small but very nice Italian cuisine. Also highly recommend the restaurant at Northhampton WInes - great food, smaller place, great wine - you can pick anything from their store and they don't charge twice what it is worth.
