Louisville had the day off. Duke is keeping the game short and Louisville is handing the ball back to Duke quickly.

I think Louisville is still emotionally down from our game. It can be difficult to bounce back after a big loss like that...remember the week after we were killed by FSU in 2013 and then went to Maryland the week after? It was a 6 point game in the 4th quarter.

Duke's playing smart by holding onto the ball and is dominating possession (currently 36 minutes to 17 minutes in favor of Duke), which prevents Jackson from getting into a groove. Hopefully the Cards can get it going on this next drive.
