He wins the most. He also has loads of talent that his predecessors did not have. I personally prefer a more pro style system simply for the fact it will bring in the elite of the elites at running back. It is easier to establish the run out of a pro set. I like Elliott, but I think its more of in the right place at the right time than it is greatness.

Selliott? Tony Elliott. He has been great but has become predictable.Needs some new plays.Running the q.b to run out the clock is a given And we are supposed to have four good rbs

That depends on how we measure success.

In terms of team wins, our current OCs are absolutely the best we have had.
In terms of yardage and points scored, we were very good with Watson, Williams, Leggett, Gallman, etc., and significantly worse last year with Bryant, McCloud, Cain, etc.
This brings up an important point, and that is, talent. Elliott and Scott have had unprecedented talent to work with. That has made their jobs much easier, and also covered up for errors they might've made in play calling and game management.
In addition, our dominant defense over the last few years has also required less of the offense. The offense hasn't been asked to be in any shootouts in high-scoring games like they were under Chad Morris, when the defense wasn't as good.
I think Elliott and Scott are both very smart, great recruiters (especially Scott), and good coaches. I think the current offensive strategy and philosophy leave a lot to be desired, though. Just because we are winning games with this offense doesn't mean that it is optimal, because we have seen how poor our offense plays against good defenses. I hope that our OCs are perfectionists who do a lot of self-analysis. If they do, then they will conclude what many of us already have - that our offense needs significant improvement in terms of variety of plays called and productivity.
