By best do you mean - "potential" or "stats"?
I would go with FSU's defense as having the better personnel easily! As far as stats - S. Carolina give up 25 ppg.

and it's possible they were better earlier in the year before the injuries and all but they've been awful recently. State is an underdog to GT tonight if that tell you anything. Honestly they might be the worst team in the ACC right now. We will find out tonight.
