Is Ohio St. one dimensional on offense ?

Dec 11, 2016, 10:10 PM

It appears that way to me? I've watched a few of their games on YouTube.

They rely on the run because Barrett isn't the most accurate passer.

Yes. But they do have one receiver that'll be a handful to cover.

But I have to agree with the OP, and Barrett will have trouble getting the ball to that WR.

So yes - OSU will look one-dimensional against our D - IMO.

how succeptible are they to sacks & the Blitz ?

12/31? Is that Barrett's pass completion stat for the game?

Yes. JT is not the best passer. The run game opens up his passing but he misses a lot. It doesn't help with the drops y'all's wideouts have. If Ohio St cannot run the ball they are screwed.

11/26 124 yards against Michigan. Yes indeed.

Samuel and 80 are both talented wideouts but JT is not the most accurate on short to intermediate throws. They can hit on some fades in the redzone but that is about it. I think we stack the box and make JTs arm beat us. If we cover clean and do not get PI calls we should shut them down. Hopefully Tank plays more aggressive and not back off so much like a lot of the VT game.
