Is hoping these people step in. Find your legislator and call them. They need to know that 2020 already stinks enough....very least they can do is get our game back. They don't do anything else.

they will be begging us to play the game and give them a shot at redeeming their season...just hope we haven't already scheduled our +1 game when it happens. And I hope we claim COVID concerns and provide them ZERO tickets for the beatdown!

I don't think the Legislators want to have to deal with the NCAA,
Not that they are afraid ,mind you,but the NCAA covers the entire world of Collegiate sports.

& the NCAA failed to use 3-4 months to come up w/ a plan that could've helped everyone

As i said in a prior post.

I say play it Labor Day weekend as a "preseason" game (& still let it count to the series standings) or play it after bowl season.

conference and the SEC might be forced to leave South Carolina open for us on that day. Having said that, I doubt the legislature would do that. They don't want to ge in a ### for tat with the SEC and maybe lose future events that might be held here. ALso, I doubt the legislature could get to work and get anything along those lines done in a quick amount of time.
