A&M doesn't have the recent track record like FLORIDA - I like their most recent results - UK (at home even) for the first time in 1/3 of a century.

and have beaten each one. And LSU going back a little further.

I think the author was trying to make a point about the challenge of beating an SEC team and had to go down to Florida to make his point...sort of ..,as Clemson has beaten them all.

It was midnight and the writer had to get something out so he plugged in Florida and said screw it. Good enough.
