Pretty ridiculous the announcers and even the ref in the box don't know the rules and don't figure it out until 5 minutes have passed.

I was somewhat disappointed in the announcers, but the former SEC head of referees didn't know? Although I watch a lot of football, I don't earn a living doing it and I knew that answer. Makes you wonder how much else the "experts" don't know. At least the on-the-field guys got it right.

Most of the experts that the networks use are pretty clueless. Pereira is about the only one who seems to know anything
