Instead of recruiting top U.S. talent, Brownell went to

Jan 26, 2014, 7:35 PM

the dern Congo and took the two tallest people he could find. Our big men are terrible with their feet and have no sense of the ball. Does anyone remember Bobo from a few year ago? He's better than these guys and he was the last one off the bench. Things need to change and I think we need to follow Dabo and start with finding someone who can recruit!

Do you not remember Mayes and Sykes first two years at Clemson? They also were very raw. Clemson STRUGGLES to recruit ready to play big men.

Talented ready to play big men are not easy to find. They are typically grabbed up by the big boys.

there's raw, and then there is raw potential

these two are just flat out raw. I am very confident they will never be good, and I am not saying this out of mean spirit because I hope they do become great players, but just from watching them they are subpar players.

Are you kidding me Nnoko has made great strides in the past year. Djitte has also shown he has the athletic tools to play at this level.

Once again these two are NO different than Mayes or Sykes.

The only one who has shown very little from a potential stand point is Smith.
