It would have to be a geographical disadvantage to go to the sugar so if Bama gets in at 4 then I guess its possible to go to Pasadena since Bama may be considered to have the advantage in New Orleans. Pasadena would be so far that it would neutralize it.
In other words, Not likely

They actually make it to where the 4th seed won't have home field advantage over the 1 seed.
