very closely and make a determination as to if the refs influenced this game for LSU as some Clemson fans have suggested.
THE 2019 LSU team did beat UGA and pounded both Alabama and Clemson.
However, they may have been THE BIGGEST JERKS EVER and what they did after this game was a TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT to the team AND their university.

And all 4 times those games were played in New Orleans (Basically, a Home Game). Outside of Southern Cal, has any other team won a National Championship within 100 miles of their campus?

If you had to pick Clemson or LSU, what say you? Had to chose one based on everything you know about both programs, etc.

LSU has more history and I think LSU will always be a top program. Clemson is, currently, in a great run. Will Clemson be able to sustain it for 5 years? 10? Not sure. If Dabo stays, I think they have a shot.
Currently, if I was a top player (or advising a top player) I would pick Clemson.
Colleges and universities today are #### holes, but Clemson is one of the better places as compared to most brain dead liberal wacko schools out there, UGA included.

That’s right!
As far as sustainability, we’ll just have to wait and see. I don’t see Dabo leaving necessarily, but you never know. I do think that it’s reasonable to believe that in ten years Clemson SHOULD surpass any stale history LSU claims over our program.

60+ replies in your earlier thread, <10 criticized the refs (I was one), and only 2 blamed them for the loss (and I believe they were both sarcastic in feeding the Bulldog troll.)
As it was, the refs walked off over 100 yards vs LSU--but their offense produced well over 600. Just because they were undisciplined doesn't mean they weren't awesome.

what calls do you think adversely impacted the outcome?
I watched and thought we just were not executing on offense, gave up big plays on D. Burrow threw some awesome passes to the boundary... TL not so much. We left some really big plays on the table, cant do that in a Natty.
