We will need some leadership and tough decisions made before inauguration day, as this could get very ugly quickly. Local towns/cities/counties are already making some tough calls.

Once again, new cases are way up, deaths flat

Virus is more CONTAGIOUS, less LETHAL. If you are out in public to any extent, you may get it, but it will probably be mild symptoms. Heading to herd immunity especially when vaccine arrives.
Keep elderly and those with severe health issues quarantined....
