It's TCU's cheer. I discovered it in preparation for the TCU/Clemson game 6ish years ago:

I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree. It sounds like there's something like a woo-hoo in there. I'm not a fan of that.

I like TCU though.

I don't know why, but ever since I first heard that cheer, I really liked it. The only other contender is "Hokie Hy." Of course, the Cadence count (both old and new) blow everything else out of the water.
