Any must see places or restaurants?

If I do a fishing charter should I do Tarpon (flats) Deep Sea, or close to shore for smaller species?

I loved every single restaurant down there. Never had a bad meal.

Would hit up the happy hour places for conch fritters and buffalo shrimp with the beverages of your choice
